We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. However, once an order has been accepted and confirmed, the applicable price for that order will generally be the price communicated to you at the time of confirmation, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the ordering process.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered finally accepted until we have confirmed the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in reasonable circumstances, including:

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity

• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of previous COD orders

• Pricing or website errors

• Delivery limitations

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will make reasonable arrangements for the applicable refund.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• JazzCash

• Easypaisa

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information where applicable.

Payments made through third-party payment services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those service providers.

6. Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, payment is due when the order is delivered.

Customers are expected to provide a valid phone number and accurate delivery information and to accept genuine orders placed in their name.

We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated fake orders, false contact information, or intentional refusal to accept confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver orders within Pakistan only.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept the order, additional arrangements or charges may apply where reasonably applicable.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Because perfumes are personal-use products, opened, used, sprayed, or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the product was delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers should inspect the package promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with the order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• The wrong product

• A missing item

• A product with a genuine defect

please contact us promptly after receiving your order.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other reasonable information to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Where an issue is confirmed, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as replacement, exchange, refund, or another reasonable solution, subject to applicable law and our policies.

Customers should follow the product's instructions and use perfumes responsibly.

Ravah Perfumes is not responsible for reactions resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

Promotions may have specific terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods, or product restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

Where applicable, consumer transactions and disputes involving customers in Sindh may also be subject to applicable Sindh consumer protection laws.
