🚚 Free Delivery:
- Hyderabad: Free delivery on all orders.
- Other Cities: Get free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,500 or more.
For orders below Rs. 3,500 outside Hyderabad, applicable delivery charges will be added to your order total according to your location.
We’ll process and dispatch your order as soon as possible, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Return & Exchange
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.
You may test the fragrance with a few sprays, but the perfume must be returned in excellent condition with its original box and packaging. Heavily used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
